And I can't get back to the page where they explained why I was suspended because I clicked a "Next" button and the only thing I can do now is remove the tweet.



But I copied part of what they said first.

1. I just read that they've declared his tweets presidential papers.

Apparently this means they can't shut him down. I assume that's not just some rumor but one way to the other they're certainly acting that way.

All things considered, though, it's probably not a good idea to be so direct.

Which means that every time Trump has deleted one of his own tweets, he's in violation of that law.

However, if Twitter were to suspend or lock his account, the tweets would remain and not be destroyed. Twitter leaves his account alone because it makes money for them, so Trump's account is not subject to the same rules that are applied to the hoi polloi.

Twitter said at first that I could browse at will and send DMs to my followers, but I can't get past the "remove the tweet" page after I appealed. I'm not gonna remove the tweet since I did nothing wrong. Here's the tweet, which was in response to one of Trump's complaining that the Resistance will never be happy no matter how much he "gives" them:

@realDonaldTrump That's right, you obese, evil, unbelievably stupid blowhard. We won't be satisfied until you and your moron kids are out of OUR House. The only things you "gave" us is chaos, hate, and tax cuts for the rich. I hope you die of a painful disease, ignored by everyone.

I didn't threaten him, didn't incite violence. I have no power to cause any disease, including a painful one. We're not in medieval times when wishing for or even imagining out loud the death of a king was treason. I think the WH social media staff are keeping an eye out and trying to shut down Resistors. It's happening a LOT.

I don't know how Twitter works, but I assume there's a way to involve moderators, like if someone makes a complaint. (?) If so there are plenty of TrumpHumpers who might feel bold enough to get others kicked off. That's one of the ways they "own the libs."

I hope there's a way for you to appeal the ruling though. It doesn't seem fair. I've seen so many nasty rude things on Twitter, including the awful stuff written by the Orange Asshole. It doesn't seem right that they've kicked you off.
