The Fix is in. Barr has said he will redact any persons from his version of the Mueller Report that
are not charged w/anything but he, Barr, stopped Mueller and company before they could write up
any charging statements after they were done with the report. So that stopped Trump from being charged
and that gambit will allow Barr to remove Trump's name from all parts of the report that show him to have
worked with or had knowledge of Russia/Putin's rigging of our elections.

Maybe combative noise can strengthen those wobblies who need it, raise their spirits briefly, but if so let's save it for closer to the end. We're in the legal trenches now. Too much rousing and shaking verbal fists at the other side will cause it to lose power. The legal processes of democracy that are our battleground are grinding on at their own rates in spite of the noise -- with as much delay as the immensely powerful forces on the right can manage -- and they'd only get disheartened because, by definition, they don't understand how this war is fought, why it's fought this way, and why we'll win it.

Instead, let's plan to get them jumping out of their mental armchairs when they are needed: November 3, 2020.

25. CanonRay, presumably Mueller still has some ongoing investigations, and is working within the DOJ,

therefore he's still working within the aegis of that body, part of the Executive Branch. If I'm incorrect, please let me know. He was appointed the Special Prosecutor, not the Independent Prosecutor, which was done away at some point after Nixon resigned. I'm thinking it was scuttled during W's time in office, but I'm probably wrong about that.

Mueller would be necessarily restrained from speaking outright, but he has definitely agreed to come before a Congressional hearing. Again, though, I'm thinking he would be limited in what he could say. It would be better to let him finish his work - if Barr will even let that continue in reality - and then exit the position, where he might be more forthcoming. Frankly, at this point I don't know what to think. Mueller as been a stoic "company man" his entire career. He's the kind of man who abides by the chain of command theory, and he may not ever be forthcoming about what he believes he uncovered, and similarly, his individual investigators may be quelled by DOJ rules from speaking much more than what we were hearing in the last couple of weeks.
