I'll bet Embassy staff are having themselves a grand party right now. He didn't care to bathe, use deoderant and had a habit of not flushing the toilet. He was rude to staff and treated them horribly. He also failed to clean up after his cat. You cat owners out there -- would YOU allow a litter box to be consumed and not cleaned ?
