Remember when Assange tried to use Sean Hannity to blackmail a democratic US Senator?

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/julian-assange-twitter-sean-hannity-fake-account-democrat-trump-russia-links-mark-warner-senate-a8185496.html

Sean Hannity lost his Twitter-Account for a few days and a load of parody-accounts sprung up. Julian Assange mistook one of those accounts for the real Sean Hannity and offered him dirt on democratic Senator Mark Warner. At the time, Warner was the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee investigating russian interference in the 2016 election.

1. What did Assange offer Hannity?

2. And if Assange has dirt on Warner, why did he offer it to a third person instead of just leaking it to the public as Wikileaks does?

3. Why did Assange try to sabotage the investigation into russian interference?
