Am I the only one that thinks money may be behind the AG's comments?

For a the past couple of years it seemed like we were living inside a Stephen King novel. Now I am wondering if we are looped into a John Grisham novel.

Am I alone in thinking there are bank accounts in the Cayman Islands driving the narrative coming from the AG's office?

Asking for a friend.
