I wonder if Mr. Johnson ever even saw it, let alone wrote and signed it.

Avenatti doesn't seem to understand the First Rule of Holes, or the fact that embezzlement cases are among the easiest to prove because they're paper cases. And it's reasonable to conclude that Clients 1 - 5 were grand jury witnesses.
