Would either Rettig or Munchkin be subject to a Writ of Mandamus due to their

refusal to deliver Trump's tax returns? The use of the word "shall" in the relevant statute sure sounds like it is imposing a "nondiscretionary duty".

a mandatory item. Shall means fork it over as there is no other option. Failure of the Dems to avail themselves of every option to after them will only make them look weak.

Would these two trumptwits give the returns to them or just ignore the decision and go on their merry way with their lord trump spewing wave upon wave of outrage against all who decide against him?

He's not going to get better. Each time he succeeds in putting off justice he is more empowered. I fully expect him to start executing his enemies and perceived enemies if he is "re-elected."
