UK: Assange is no hero

Ecuador: sovereign right
Ecuador has decided with sovereign rights to withdraw the diplomatic asylum to Julian Assange for repeatedly violating international conventions and the protocol of co-habitation, President Lenin Moreno said on Twitter.
Morenos government said Ecuadoran nationality granted to Assange in 2017 was also withdrawn due to various irregularities found in his paper work.

When you assist an individual, including helping him with hacking a password on a classified DoD server, you are no longer considered a journalist. You're just a criminal. That is what Assange did, and he knows it That is why he hasn't left the embassy, and why Manning wouldn't testify.
Rafael Correa, former President of Ecuador, hates the US and was allied with Russia, Iran, VZ and Cuba. When he left office, it was pretty much a matter of time before Assange was kicked out.
