Steven Miller is a Nazi who agrees 100% with his fuhrer's every wish. He even puts ideas in Trump's head and guides him along the way and writes his speeches.

13. Read the OP again. There's a difference between "big him up" and "build him up".

The examples the OP gives are about his relationship to tRump, not elevating him as a paragon or leader but casting him as an 'eminence grise' -- the power behind the throne whispering in Citizen Vain's ear.

Miller is a fascist (better term than Nazi) and though tRump can find other fascists, he would have a hard time finding a fascist as capable as Miller.

In order to get the support of a Malignant Narcissist you have to appeal to their fragile sense of self worth. So to have Trump’s ear one would have to become subservient to his many delusions.

Placing your value higher than those of a Narcissist will quickly bring you into conflict (such as Steve Bannon who has tried to return to his toadyism). Given time Trump will let the jealousy grow for this toad if he Donald Trump gets lower billing. I doubt any of Trump’s followers would be willing to commit suicide for him in the bunker.
