the orange menace would* get a preemptive pardon let's say very soon** after he'd lose the election because he would resign (from Pence***). That would be during the transition before Jan. 20 2021 (plenty of time to do that).

New York State AG would then (if not before) indict the orange loser on so many counts (Tax frauds, Bank frauds, et al) it would be hard to count them all, but his lawyers (he wouldn't pay as usual) would plea mental disorder and get him out of state jails, to leave him tweeting insanity on his golden shitter.
