Let's start with Mnuchin, who has clearly violated the laws in refusing to release Trump's taxes. (Really he should be indicted) A solid majority of Americans want to see Trump's taxes.
I think that's a politically safe step to take, and puts GOP senators on the spot.
After Mnuchin, then Barr. A majority of Americans, and IIRC, GOP legislators, want to see the full Mueller report released. Again, a safer step than worrying about the "math" to remove the president.
Impeachment hearings for these two would dominate the news cycles and turn the heat up on the GOP in preparation for the real show...
No need to wait for the appeals to work their ways through the courts, in fact, better to act now, in case the courts side w/Trump's obstructionists, which would shift the narrative before the Dems could act. No, impeach them now, and if the courts rule in favor of the obstructionists, then they have to defend themselves to the American public.
