I know, he wears slim-cut, shiny suits and sports a swept-back, slick haircut, but this guy is swinging left of center so far.

1) Put a hold on California’s capital punishment system, with the goal of eliminating it. This, in spite of California voters passing a recent bill to expedite capital punishment cases.
