I am personally against the concept of "abortions as birth control" but support individual choice and know that terminating a pregnancy is never a frivolous decision.

You'd think anti-abortion advocates and Repubs would come out strong for family planning education and birth-control availability if America had a population issue. Another thing they could do is fully cover medical costs for pregnancy and delivery for women who don't have insurance if they'd prefer adoption over abortion.

I've read that "the male Pill" is closer to becoming a reality. We'll see whether men get harassed about it at pharmacies or if they give them out like candy-bowl Viagara.
