on the Canadian border. Runs up the west coast. Much of it has been absorbed by other routes, but is still there in many places.

It's a major road up the east side of the central CA valley-I-5 is on the west side and skips most of the towns.

Looks a little green for Fresno. But those do look like CA plates.

I, in the 90s traveled those roads, but I don't remember this bridge.

99 runs through Oregon as well. That bridge is pretty typical of the bridges over it. Could be anywhere up and down the coast though.
