5. 99 was the pre-Interstate route from San Diego north to Blaine, WA...

on the Canadian border. Runs up the west coast. Much of it has been absorbed by other routes, but is still there in many places.

It's a major road up the east side of the central CA valley-I-5 is on the west side and skips most of the towns.

Looks a little green for Fresno. But those do look like CA plates.

I, in the 90s traveled those roads, but I don't remember this bridge.

11. That looks like any number of bridges on 99 here in OR

99 runs through Oregon as well. That bridge is pretty typical of the bridges over it. Could be anywhere up and down the coast though.
