(2,191 posts)She had to spend convention time trying to persuade voters that although she was a knowledgeable politician she was also kind and warm and "feminine" in the way some voters require.
No one felt that Trump had to prove that he was a good parent or grandparent. (Good thing, because I don't think he is.)
She was a warm, genuine, smart, QUALIFIED candidate and it makes my blood boil that she had to waste any valuable time proving that.

My brother-in-law works as a techie on Broadway shows, so I hear about this happening every now and then. Both the audiences and the casts love it when they show up!
