How much of a threat are Trump and the Republicans to our system of government?

How much of a threat are they to our laws and institutions?

Do you think it is worse than it is portrayed?

The absence of law and order is called anarchy.

How close are we to anarchy?

When was the last time our laws and institutions were challenged in this manner?

Never forget that the true horribles are Republican VOTERS. They are extremist authoritarians. They gave up on democracy the moment it elected a black man. They never want to have democracy again.

To them, the country belongs to white Christians, period.

Authoritarians are good at keeping law and order. It's diversity and individual rights that they are not so good at.

The standing laws are being challenged as they have not been for a very long time, if ever?

I'm sure the Justices on the Supreme Court have been paying attention.

They will need to be part of the resolution. The division has reached an apex, it seems?

It is they that will have to separate politics from the true meaning of our Constitution? Truth is tested with facts. They will have to make the historic decision to follow the laws of our Constitution or to follow the interests of their political Party? Those are the wishes of those that would rule over America.

If Barr does not give it up, we have a constitutional crisis of epoch proportions. Our Democracy will prevail regardless of what these criminals try to pull.

If so, and these judges are appointed for purely political reasons, enough to change standing law, then they should be put on waiver by the Democratic Congress. They should not consider themselves fully employed. Judges should not impeach their own character.

Mitch's legacy is his claim to the revolutionary way he was able to appoint so many conservative judgeships...

We’re going to have radical right wing judges all the way to the Supreme Court for a few decades.

not anarchy.

The Founders did not anticipate an entire political party would be populated by people without honor or integrity or duty to country above all.

I don't think it's alarmist to say we are on the brink of seeing this country turn away from it's ideals and head down a very dangerous path.

45 must be removed from office. Dems must gain control of the Senate. McConnell is a traitor and must go, too.

Who all act like the Romanov's , and instead of thinking they serve the people, these grifter's think all the people serve them , and only them , or else. These people think they are entitled to do and get whatever they want, and they want absolute power , and abuse their powers by weaponizing their positions for profits , and for corrupting OUR government for themselves. They are terrorists in our government with the lack of any national security , or values, or competence, all while they undermine agency control one at a time. Yes these people are a great danger to our country , our government , and rule of law, and continue to put themselves above the rule of law while they promote propaganda , and corrupt everything.
