Atrocious word pronunciation aside ....

This is typical Trump. Make an outrageous threat over an issue that will rile up the base. Do nothing, wait a couple days, and then state that your threat worked because the other side is cooperating with you, when, in actuality, there was no issue in the first place and nothing has changed.
