"I'll stick around if I keep screwing this up!" is the upshot of her offer. It's pretty clear that she's not going to get a deal. Time for a new referendum to reverse course.

The way the UK is right now I’m half expecting QE2 to pass away in the next few days/weeks to add to the chaos.

That's the delay the EU agreed - until the time when the UK would have to schedule elections for the EU parliament. If May does still somehow get her deal passed, then we don't leave until late May - when the elections would actually happen. If there's some sign a different deal can be done (eg a general election), the EU might extend the 12th April date by a lot more if the UK will schedule EU elections and do whatever else is necessary.

May insists that the (non-binding) vote in 2016 is "the will of the people" and can never be reconsidered, but it's just dandy for her to drag her shitty plan out for the Commons to vote on again and again.
