Yet were still alerted on and thread banned and ...

I swear. Some people just yearn for anyone to do something that they don’t care about the methods or the character of that person

Avenatti was on display for anyone remotely willing to see him for what he was. Or is

A lowlife grifter

were lead astray by Avenatti's skills in front of the camera. He'd already revealed himself to be an underprincipled attention seeker well before he showed up during Kavanaugh to inject poisonous complications and doubt into the conversation.

Personally I find it interesting that one of tRump's larger enemies is charged by tRump's boot licking DOJ within 48 hours of tRump being proclaimed innocent, by the boot licking Attorney General.
I'm sure tRump's enemy list is long, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.

With climate change though, where is tRump locating his Gulag??? There aren't many frozen wastelands here in West Russia.

who reviewed the charging document and concluded there was probable cause.

Second, Avenatti was the one who dictated the timing of this by picking the date on which he was going to carry out his threat against Nike.

It's all there in the charging document if you want to read it. https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/5780145-U-S-v-Michael-Avenatti-Complaint.html

However the Feds will still need to obtain an indictment to go forward, as required for every Federal felony case under the Constitution.

We merely speculate on it (but I get it... "speculating a guilty sentence, eh DUers?" doesn't validate bias with as much effectiveness as accuracy would).

And provided a number of uncomfortable, easy to report for our lazy media, easy enough even for people as dumb as Republicans to understand, news cycles for the Orange Quisling.

But take Avenatti seriously? Nah. Once upon a time Junior Samples claimed to want to run for office in Georgia...

Still it would be nice to have more uncomfortable, easy to report for our lazy media, easy enough even for people as dumb as Republicans to understand news stories to haunt widdle DonJon.
