Excellent source for understanding why Mueller handled the report the way he did.

Terri Kanefield is an attorney and writer from UC Berkeley. Her site provides excellent analysis, plus lots of links to other legal information relevant to these cases. You will feel much better after digging into the legal weeds. She makes things very clear. Follow her links - they are great.
