Mueller might.
Muellers team member Weissman definitely would.

(7,006 posts)So what are the penalties for refusing a subpoena? Threats of jail? Well, the GOP Supreme Court can make that disappear. So back to black or nothing.
Either the House grows a pair and impeach anyway regardless if the report is released or not OR its done. This is the reality. Playing by the "rules" does not work with Criminals.

(31,261 posts)Not sure about Mueller. If there are people in the Justice Department that virulently disagree with what Barr put out, the full report should mysteriously leak out.
