I think it means a small bump for Trump in the short term, but I don't think it's a major development where 2020 is concerned. Trump's underwater in the polls in a few states he won in 2016 - and that he desperately needs in 2020 - and I don't think this is going to cause a seismic shift there.

It's going to be about getting the vote out, just like it was before. The trick is keeping people from getting complacent - like what happened in 2016 - and keep them motivated to dump his ass.
