The question that will be asked ?

When the Mueller Report comes in, the Attorney General and the Justice Department will be asked one question: "Why didn't you change the Department policy to where a sitting president could be indicted?"

The evidence of obstruction of justice is so overwhelming that we have seen it many times with our own eyes. We have seen the Justice Dept itself picked apart, fired, criticized, and mocked as a "witch hunt".

We have seen Donald Trump advise his people to lie about a meeting in the Trump Tower. We have seen him ignore the laws of our Constitution. We have seen him attempt to fire the Special Counsel, which is the epitome of his obstruction.

We have seen him lie about "no business with Russia", even as he was negotiating to build a Trump Tower in Moscow. We have seen him bribe adult film stars and Playboy bunnies to keep his illicit affairs quiet. Over and over again, we have seen so much obstruction of justice.

We have seen our campaign laws broken. We have seen appointed officials threatened, if they did not cover up the conspiracy of Donald Trump and his criminal organization.

We have seen our country torn apart by this presidency.

And we are told that a sitting President cannot be indicted?

Get ready for that question.

nothing protects any one from felony charges, including a sitting president. Love to have supreme court settle whether a president is a king or just another american citizen

3. Except that Mr Trump has always found a way, or a person, to bribe at state levels....

that might choose to investigate him.

However, it would be nice to have the Supreme Court make a ruling on another branch of government, but I doubt they would be inclined to get involved in that way?

NYS AG has the firepower to take trump and his kids all down and I believe she is just waiting for the results of the Mueller report to be revealed and what actions congress will take, then she pounces. trump may seek asylum in Russia is my best bet if that happens....that would be fitting end of the GOP

If a president isn't indictable, he has a free reign to do anything without consequences. I know that's what he wants, then he can set up his children as his successors , and do like putin has done in russia, deny all opposition by making them criminals with a corrupt system of justice , and eliminate all threats to their remaining in office , and corrupt all the government to do anything to self serve themselves. trump is picking fights daily to use to divide people with , then he pits them against others , then sits back and incites them.
