about Spiro Agnew, the policy was made to protect the country from ending up with a President Agnew. The AG Richardson knew that Nixon was going down because of Watergate and he also knew how dirty Agnew was. So one of his attorneys wrote a memo that said that a Vice President could be indicted while in office, but not necessarily a President.

So this whole "policy" that Trump is hiding behind is a sham.

BTW, if you haven't listened to Bagman, you are missing a fascinating bit of journalism and history. The parallels between then and now are stunning.
