I grew up in California. When we first visited my wife’s family in Chicago, my first request was to go to White Castle, but the impact on my intestinal system was...not good. Now we live in New Jersey, and there is a White Castle in the area. Despite the, um, side effects, I have been there. It’s tasty, but you have to count the cost when you go there.

I'm not a big fan of their tiny burgers (sliders), but their onion chips are to die for. Really. Think bite sized onion rings. Best thing in the place. There's one near my neighborhood, but we rarely stop in there.
