How deep the corruption?

When they say, "rotten to the core", they truly mean it.

If you have no integrity or decency or respect, then you have nothing. It's not just about what crimes have been committed. It's about character - as a person and as a Party. It is a problem when they cannot look themselves in the mirror.

Breaking character, Johnny Isakson (GA,) broke ranks with his heretofore united GOP. He criticized Trump for slandering the dead hero, John McCain. I suppose that was a bit much for others to offer support?

When they cannot stand up to such brazen indecency, and intolerance, and hatefulness, and divisiveness, then they have nothing else to offer.

America should take note.

I have long said that the right wing/ republicans can be implicated in everything the orange asshole has done.

that said...

having been alive long enough, I think I'm safe to say that the republican party has been corrupt forever. I read history and both parties have had their corruption issues, but in the modern era, hands down, the republicans are corrupt through and through.

with no consequences. Americans just don't value truth in politics and the thugs have figured it out and they use it relentlessly.
