The girl who executed Nazis after seducing them in bars dies aged 92

Daily Mail
By: Miranda Aldersley

A World War II heroine who used her harmless appearance to gain the trust of Nazis before executing them has died in The Netherlands, aged 92.

Freddie Oversteegen was born in Haarlem, near Amsterdam on September 6, 1925 and raised by her communist mother.

She was just 14 when she joined the Dutch resistance, the Daily Mail reports.

Together with her older sister Truus and their friend Hannie Schaft, she blew up bridges and railway tracks with dynamite, smuggled Jewish children out of concentration camps and executed as many Nazis as she could, using a firearm hidden in the basket of her bike.

A 14 year old girl, actually executing men in cold-blood? Even it being a true story, the controversy over it would be be a shitstorm. No studio would want the publicity.

There was a time in this nations history where if you were openly self-identified as a Nazi, there was a good chance you'd get shot for it, and the shooter would get a medal for the cost of buying his own bullet and saving the government the 50 cents for use elsewhere in the war effort. So complaining about a split lip seems like the Nazi version of cos-playing.

And we should call them out on it.

This had to emotionally and psychologically harm them. They had to know, that some of their targets were just ordinary youth who may have not believed in the country dogma, but were required to participate. But someone just "following orders" is still a dangerous foe, if they were captured, those same soldiers would have shot and killed them....and been haunted by it.

I'll celebrate their helping to end the war. But I won't cheer on of killing of lives. I'm fairly sure, they never liked and disdained the killing of another life. Killing another life, damages a soul forever.

...due to religious beliefs, many of my ancestors died horrendous deaths. Some whipped by rose bushes...and they didn't whip them like in the movies, they hit them...then drag the thorny bushes down their body.

I've been to museums that show torture devices, an unlike everyone else around me, I'm not surprised by them because I was already aware of them.

Did you know that they had a special term for those who joined the Nazi party for reasons other than hatred of Jews? The ones that joined because of the threats that they perceived from European neighboring states. because they felt the WWI sanctions were unfair, or for reasons of simple national pride?

Do you know what that special term was?

Nazis.

History does not differentiate between the possibly good-natured Nazis and the murderous, genocidal Nazis.

Because the distinctions were 100% irrelevant.

...I should go and piss on Oscar Schindler's grave. He was a member of the Nazi Party and war profiteer. Likewise, all the Nazi's who attempted to assassinate Hitler.

I feel compassion on these women because of the horrific thing they were forced to do....you on the other hand, are without realizing it, are making a case for the Nazi's.

Yet, supposedly it’s just men who are the only ones who are capable of being courageous, fighting, and dying for our nation in many of the combat arms jobs within our military.

Her mention of how the act of killing impacted her and her friends holds true for nearly every one of my fellow combat veterans that I run into at the VA.

Can you imagine?

Yet we have people who call themselves nazis marching in our streets, they've infiltrated our our police departments, our military, OUR GOVERNMENT, THEY ARE IN THE WHITE HOUSE, right here in our country today.

I wish we all had the courage of little fourteen year old Freddie Oversteegen. We'd have this current situation solved in short order.

She knew who the enemy was.

If only America had that advantage.

At the moment, it's still 2 against 1.

If we let it slide much longer, non-Nazis might be the minority.
