General Discussion

The walls were photoshopped with an Arab portrait, an ISIS poster and an "Impeach Trump" sign.
The people replying believed this idiotic picture was real and were disgusted.
I posted a link to the real picture showing how it was modified but I'm sure it won't have any effect.
How do you fight people who maintain their whole world view based on pure lies and slander?
They've been trained to quickly accept the most outrageous lies as reality and to reject the real world as totally fake.
Where does this lead when nearly half of America lives in a total fantasy world?
They seem to be able to function perfectly well without any reality intruding on their lives.
I would expect at some point for reality to punch them in the head but it doesn't seem to happen.
They are blissfully unaware of what's happening in the world and it doesn't seem to affect their lives at all.
When will they be forced to learn? When will this mountain of deception collapse on them?
It feels like it never will.

I know people who have drunk the kool-aid and disavow themselves of facts but we have to keep putting the facts out there.
One day when they need healthcare, their taxes go up or aren't treated well by the government...they may decide to wake up.
Until then, facts are still our friends.
