Of course, they had eight whole years to commit war crimes and mass murder. Trump/Kushner have only had two. I'm sure they're working as fast as they can.

If the US is unable (unwilling) to defend itself against a threat from a very hostile enemy, the consequences could be devastating to the US and to the rest of the world.
