If covering up the affair of pResident tRump and the resulting payoff is considered an illegal campaign contribution, then being told to withhold evidence of that affair and payoff is a crime. If I am told to withhold evidence of a crime, the person that makes me withhold evidence would be an accessory to the crime. Wouldn't an NDA be invalid in the event of the commission of a crime? I can see it enforceable over an embarrassing act or company secret, but not a crime.
