"He doesn't have cancer! He's not going to die in prison! HE JUST DOESN'T LIKE PRISON FOOD!"

Part of a discussion last night on MSNBC after Judge Ellis gave Manafort a gentle love tap on his pale, spotty, corrupt white bottom.

Don't remember the exact source...sorry. It was either on Ari Melber's show or Hardball. But it sums it all up. He didn't get to dye his hair, so he was a gray-haired white collar criminal in a wheelchair, sporting prison garb, begging a judge who was already going to let him off easy for "compassion."

he is suffering there and he might die there. I don't believe the other judge won't add to his sentence. It's gonna be ugly.

I do think for treason he should get life in prison. I also think when all is said and done he will.

He won't be in HBO's "Oz," but given the life he's been accustomed to, he might as well be.

IF he gets 10, that will be 13 (time served is going to be shaved off the Ellis sentence).

So that would make him 82, unless...of course...he gets a pardon.

I personally think that because opposition will be so high to a Trump pardon, he'll HAVE to do it. He'll relish the chaos and being able to "get away with it" because he's Trump.

I had the tube on and I wasn't paying much attention except it was on CNN. I did hear one of the regulars state the sentencing was fine because he believes Manafort will die in prison so the 20+ years was unnecessary. I thought to myself, that Manafort doesn't look that old and found out he was 70? How does he know? He just made it seem like Manafort was in his 90s. Didn't know about the cancer though.

That is NOT Paul Manafort, but that's what he was trying to convey, and Ellis bought into it (along with his overall disdain for the Mueller investigation).
