A Sealed Indictment?

In my opinion, Robert Mueller will drop a sealed indictment that will not be opened until January 21st, 2021 OR until there is an arrest or conviction of impeachment before that date.

There is no statute of limitations on crimes that may have been committed and a sealed indictment would not expire.

In my opinion, this is a likely scenario.

Win or lose in 2020, Trump will have a sealed indictment waiting for him.
