New York family 's beach house turns into "Ice House"

A vacation house on the shores of Lake Ontario that has been owned by the same family for 85 years was turned into an “ice house” by recent 70 mph winds blowing spray off the lake.

A friend manages the old fort up there and he says in the fall they shutter the gates and wait until spring.the Lake effect fills the place with snow.
