Note to Broadcast Media:

If the President of the United States uses a word in a speech, you don't have to bleep it. In fact, you should never bleep words spoken by any President. They are always historical.

So, if the President says, "Bullshit," you can use that word to tell us what it was he said. If he says, "Grab 'em by the pussy," you can use his words in your story.

Thank you for your attention.

“this is a big f*cking deal,” ? OMG! Stop the presses.

Now tRump can say anything ....let that sink in....anything.....and no one even blinks. He can make a profanity laden speech and they cheer. They throw praise around with wild abandon and puff up his ego. After the past week both at home and abroad, his ego needed a boost and they obliged him. Just imagine if President Obama did that? There would be a national freak out and they’d be talking about the disgrace brought to the office. With tRump, he is just being “real”. Telling it like it is.

Broadcast is regulated by the FCC and can be fined, although the standards are somewhat ambiguous. Cable is not.

be broadcasted, even if the orange hitler says them, it doesn't give broadcasters the right to circumvent the rules. Then theres the community standards thing, its all a gray area really. I doubt during normal times the FCC would bother but tRump could pressure his man at the FCC to go after over the air broadcasters for breaking the rules, a trap. the FCC’s jurisdiction over indecency and profanity does not cover cable and satellite programming programming.

But I get the point. I remember Joy Reid seeming totally embarrassed about quoting "shithole countries".

He could be crude, especially for those times.

We need someone on our side like LBJ, who understands the uses and misuses of power. I don't care any more how they get the job done. We need to fight these fuckers on their own terms. Use their tactics against them.
