He said she fell out of a chair

Baer spoke with the San Francisco Chronicle about the incident ... saying, "My wife and I had an unfortunate public argument related to a family member & she had an injured foot and she fell off her chair in the course of the argument."

During the struggle, Larry knocks Pam out of her chair and onto the ground -- you can hear her screaming, "Oh my god. Help!"
You can see Baer walking away from the altercation with the phone in his hand -- while telling his wife, "Stop. Pam, stop."
Pam continues to repeat, "Oh my god. Oh my god."

In between video clips, the person who shot the footage tells us he got involved and helped break up the altercation. Another witness corroborated that.

This is what "falling out of a chair" looks like

He should have kept walking INTO that big gray dumpster, not around it.

He was still holding it when he walked off. It looked like a small folder or notebook with a brown cover. It was not large enough to be a standard letter sized folder - more like the size of a small legal pad.

He took the phone but what fooled me was the tan cup he had in his other hand. Thanks!

If a man is open enough to do that in public, he is bound to go a lot farther when he knows no one can see or hear what is happening. The way she reacted, suggests that she was anticipating a lot worse.

I've been married for nearly 30 years and have never been in an argument with my husband that got physical...except for a hug later on when he admitted he was wrong (LOL...not always him!).

I truly don't understand how this happens, because arguing is a thing that happens, but knowing when to just walk away and calm down is also important.
