Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) sounds like a High School student trying to read a book report that someone else wrote for him. These aren't his words. He may as well be reading a shopping list or Thanksgiving recipes. Just a fast paced babbling of words that have no particular meaning.
He acts like he THINKS he's doing a good job... but he's clearly in over his head.

fast reads the legal disclaimer displayed on your TV in an unreadable microscopic font. Makes you wonder is he's using that fast word salad as a distraction to hide something.
