I don't equate DiFi's age with unquestioned correctness. I also don't bestow MOZART type insight on those or most children. If they don't even know the history of the old lady they are mouthing off to, that's a big disqualifier about their knowing what they are talking about. They might very well be right but I doubt they came about their views from precocious insight of their own.

I have no disagreement with the subject of their concern but with the cult/parrot/zealot approach/attitude. At 72, I have seen many election losses from 3rd party purist zealots - named Greens, Nader, yes-MY generation of Hippies and whatever other Faddists of whatever stripe. My generation of good-dude McGOVERN took us to flaming defeat symbolized by his pandering to his supporters' animus to the military by hiding his military excellent record that might have drawn support. My generation of hippies thought we knew everything NEW and thought we could throw everything we didn't dream up out. So, AGAIN NO, children are not original thinkers to be deified. ****ON EDIT, addendum: What - not just those children, or *any* children - but rather any HUMANS - need is *HOW* to learn, with *what* to learn coming afterwards/including with their own insight after they know how. The children in that video were clearly, obviously parroting what their mentors told them. They were *not* "empowered", they were cookie cut. And this is not about those particular children because their mentors themselves don't "get" the concept of HOW to think, and probably a large majority of humans as a whole aren't either. But here's a question, instead going to browbeat an ally/DiFi, why didn't that group go find wingnuts to attempt to convert, and if browbeating doesn't work why not escalate to water boarding or the vast number of techniques that humans have used forever - futilely, if this word needs to be added. Instead, the twitter poster of the video gave themselves away with the threat for "new leadership." Yip, throw out DiFi who is at a different stage of achieving what THEY want - an earlier stage, working with the POSSIBLE - and trade her (and many of US) in for replacements who will work against what they want - THAT's the ticket!1
