Since every media outlet and lawyer is waiting for the Manafort filing

to see what it will expose about the Mueller investigation, I surmise that Barr had interceded and delayed that filing to protect the administration. Does he have jurisdiction over what is sent from the Special Counsel's Office to the courts? All the public might get a is a black sheet of markings.

Mueller might expect that Trump is ready to play his "pardon" card?

Nobody knows if Mueller filed his sentencing last night?
