In the 1960s(?), Medicare was socialism.
In 2019, Medicare-for-all is socialism, marginal tax-rates similar to the 1950s are suddenly socialism, tuition-free college is socialism. Everything is socialism.
Maybe in 2044, getting rid of right-to-work will be socialism.
Paid sick-days will be socialism.
28 vacation-days per year will be socialism.
1 year of protected pregnancy-leave from work will be socialism.
Holding the corporations accountable who hire too many robots and and not enough human employees will be socialism.
Passing workers-rights laws for the gig-economy will be socialism.
Preventing corporations from selling private and personal information of their employees will be socialism.
