(5,271 posts)She only has two choices- put him in jail now or give him ultimatum that if he tries another stunt he goes to jail asap, but she does have grounds now because he signed the pretrial release where it specified penalty of prison time for attempting to intimidate witnesses, jurors or officers of the court.
