- obstruction of justice: failure to notify the FBI of contacts between his campaign and foreign agents, despite being explicitly directed to do so (such as russian ambassador Sergej Kislyak, businessman Konstantin Klimnik, agent of the Russian Ministry of the Interior Natalya Veselnitskaya, agent Joseph Mifsud, and whoever was Carter Page's contact in Moscow)
- obstruction of justice: failure to notify the FBI of contacts between his campaign and foreign agents, despite being explicitly directed to do so (Wikileaks is officially categorized as a hostile non-state intelligence service and they sent multiple offers of help to Donald Trump Jr.)
- obstruction of justice: fired James Comey over that Russia-thing
- obstruction of justice: publicly and repeatedly attacking the legitimacy of the Special Counsel
- obstruction of justice: publicly and repeatedly attacking the legitimacy of the investigators investigating his affiliates
- corruption: profiteering from selling goods and services to the US government (US Secret Service staying at his venues, paid for by the US government)
- corruption: violation of the emoluments-clause of the US Constitution (Foreign dignitaries staying at his venues. Trump has not divested himself from these businesses, he has merely stepped down as head. He is still the owner and still receives the profit.)
- behavior unbecoming of a President: his neverending stream of insults, petty complaints and bald-faced lies to the public
- failure to defend the US against foreign and domestic enemies: pulling funding and personnel out of the agency responsible for protecting the integrity of US elections ahead of the 2020 election, after the 2016 election saw massive attacks
And this is just the stuff we know for sure. There is still more that needs to be investigated properly:
- obstruction of justice: bribing Florida AG Pam Bondi to protect the criminal activities of Trump University
- obstruction of justice: Trump's lawyers negotiating with the lawyers of Mike Flynn and Paul Manafort about the possibility of a presidential pardon
- obstruction of justice: asked acting AG Whitaker to assign a Trump-loyalist to Michael Cohen's SDNY case
- corruption: selling nuclear secrets to Saudi-Arabia
- behavior unbecoming of a President: trusting Putin over reports of US intelligence-services
- treason: harming the US at the behest of a foreign power

(14,961 posts)story about the nuclear secrets, IMO this is by far, the worst thing they have done. The Rosenbergs were executed for it.

(42,770 posts)For trying to influence the courts, bet you a million he's got his hands on Kavenaugh decisions. You know he tells him how to vote. Wish they could tap his phone. That would be a gold mine. Maybe Anonymous could do it, if they are still there.

(23,156 posts)both before the election and maybe even with his Inauguration Funds and those definitely should also count as an emoluments violation since they raised the prices of hotel rooms 10x higher than usual.
