I am sick and tired of the talking heads saying only California and New York vote for Democratic or

Progressive candidates.

It is repeated everyday, again today on Politics Nation, that Democratic candidates don't have any support

other than on both coasts.

I live in blood red Ohio.

I have never voted for a Republican.

My niece has never voted for a Republican.

My friends have never voted for Republicans.

We don't need some milk toast candidate that tries to reach out to middle America.

If you voted for Trump, if you vote for Republicans you have bigger issues.

I want a candidate that fights for the rights of the American people.

I don't want my candidate to reach across the aisle.

I don't want bipartisanship.

I don't want Trump to be successful.

The Trump and Republican platform is pro business, pro money, and pro theocracy.

I want a president that represents the needs of the people, not corporations and Wall Street.

I want a fighter that knows that income inequality is killing this country !!!

I want a fighter that knows health care is a necessity, not a privilege that only the wealthy deserve.

I want a fighter that knows that every one who works deserves a living wage.

I want a fighter that cares about people, not corporations.

I want a fighter that knows that the U.S. was never a Christian Nation and deplores theocracies.

I live in blood red Ohio.

There are millions of us all across the mid west that don't buy the east coast and west coast elites argument

pushed by the talking heads daily.

3. I visited Ohio last weekend. Fox was on the TV

at the motel during breakfast.

My cousins wife asked me if I was for the walk.

At breakfast listening to Fox a couple of guys and their sons were blasting my state of CA.

Seems most folks I saw were right wing.

the popular vote because of California. Um, she recieved nearly 66 million votes. They didn't all come from the Golden State.

And its corollary that only male white working class voters matter.

7. Growing nos. of people don't consider a state 'Blue',

or democratic unless it's the majority. I notice it increasing much more in real life and online.

It's wrong, dishonest & unfair to scold & dismiss Dems. in 'Red' states when many are hardworking life long advocates.

In effect punishing them cuz, "Your state/you voted Republican."

What are we down to now-- about 6 "pure" 'Blue' states?

13. 15 states plus D.C. have been blue for 7 straight presidential elections.

PA and MI were blue for 6 straight prior to 2016. WI was blue for 7 straight. Our nominee won PA and WI by an average of about 7 points over that stretch. We won MI by an average of more than 9 points over that stretch.

I think all 3 will be blue again in 2020, pretty much regardless of who we nominate. Our nominee won't be someone who has faced ruthless attacks for 25 years, Trump's not new (and 'worth a shot') anymore, we did very well in those states in 2018, and the "strongly disapprove" number for Trump is really high. And we'll be hearing much more from the Special Counsel.

Those 3, the aforementioned 15 and D.C. amount to 242 electoral votes. That doesn't include NM, CO, VA, etc.

9. I have to laugh at anyone who ridicules Florida as a lost cause

The state is barely right of absolute square with the country. We've had a string of devastating tight losses due to simply being out worked and out strategized.

But it is hilarious when other states are touted as more likely to return than Florida. Let's just ignore the math in favor of subjective rants.

But it's certainly a purple state, at least in presidential elections.

Fighters go so far. Look for warriors. Treat all election like a war. That is how winning begins.
