I am getting very tired of these damn telephone polls! Is anyone else being pestered??

I've gotten two calls from two different places, within the last 20 minutes.

2. I had one robo poll that I kept hanging up on - and they kept calling me back

It was from either focus on the family, family research council, or something that sounded like that. I finally had to push buttons through the whole damn thing so they would stop calling. It worked.

At least robo calista gingrich hasn't called back.

I keep getting calls from repuke pollsters, so I take the calls and pretend that I'm one of them. I ask who the nominee is, and when they say MittWit, I express outrage, argue with them and then ask what happened to Newt and Santorum. I eventually tell them I'll vote for the Muslim before the Mormon. After a few minutes they usually hang up on me, but it's quite fun to play the part of an idiot while talking to an idiot.

4. Yes and I refuse to answer.

They call my personal home and cell and my work phone and cell. It's ridiculous. I refuse to answer them. There is one number that calls me every day at work. I pick up and hang up the receiver if I see the number flash on the display.

I have Comcast with call alert that comes on my TV screen. If I do not know the number, I do not answer. I also have voice mail. If it is anything urgent the caller can just leave a message.

15. I unplugged my landline so I haven't had any lately

but before I did, it was a call 2-3 times a week. I'm going to have to plug it back in next week when the kids are back in school until I change all the contact numbers.

If I'd would write it down, she'd lose it. If she found it, she'd mis-dial it. So, I'm stuck, for now. And, no caller ID because I'm trying to save money. Grrrrrrrrrrr.....

If I don't recognize the number, I don't pick up. If it's a legit call, they will leave a message.
