'Why has Trump fired a record number of cabinet members? Why is he keeping so many cabinet vacancies open?
One hint: Andrew G. McCabe, the former deputy FBI director, said in an interview to be aired today on “60 Minutes” that top Justice Department officials were so alarmed by Trump’s firing of former FBI director James B. Comey that they discussed whether to recruit cabinet members to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office. I'm reasonably certain some other cabinet members have discussed the same thing. Before they could act, Trump fired them.'
