The declared "Nation Emergency" should have been School Shootings

Not a false border wall promise which directly saves none of our youths lives. The base is not excited by dead kids, so walling off those who don't look like us works best.

Or children separated from their parents.

Or any number of actual national emergencies that we are actually facing.

It would make no sense to call a national emergency for a subset of multiple larger problems.

These are not national emergencies in the context of what becomes available to the executive branch once one is issued.
