1) I predict that will go down with the public like a turd in punchbowl. (The Dems compromized he did it anyway).

2) And where he gets the money from will open up more cans of worms for Trump. (FEMA? And short disaster relief? Military spending? That will not go over well with Republicans.)

3) It opens him up for major, humiliating spank-downs from the various courts.
