I did not read the article. I, too, am sick of listening to him. But have no fear, Chucky Grassley is praying for him. He will sign.

If there are indictments, he will use not signing as a way to distract the media. If they are serious indictments, he will declare a nat emergency to boot.

And if they are huge, he will throw in a shooting war.
