12 states, including 3 in New England, allow guns to be carried without permits. Where have been the problems from that?

No licenses required to drive a car.

But, dammit, we are going to require stringent licensing on nail salons and massage therapists.

Oklahoma - where priorities are . . . whatever. . .

As others pointed out, a bunch of states have quietly passed this over the past decade and surprisingly it hasn't caused problems. I guess those most likely to use guns criminally weren't deterred before.
