When Trump knows he is doing something illegal he will bring the subject up indirectly.

His tweets, interviews and speeches are an admission of guilt.

I bet Mueller has put together a timeline.

Trump started talking about Clintons e-mails after the Trump Tower meeting. After the cigar shop meeting he started talking about Ukraine and Crimea. He does it all the time. If I have figured this out so has Mueller.

Whenever you hear Trump say, "I have heard" or "everybody knows", he may be bringing up the subject of a crime he is trying to normalize beforehand.

He thinks he is being smart. What he doesn't realize is he has left a big trail of evidence.
