2. Did Mueller know this would happen

I have to think Mueller knew Manafort was likely to lie but went ahead to get the cooperation he could.

He must have known enough and asked the right questions knowing he could prove Manafort lied to get the plea deal revoked when he did.

I guess the prediction that Manafort would die in prison will be right.
